"At then end of 2002 I was selected to put together a rather large site. The idea had been around a while and finally got the go ahead to start taking action on it. I started building the site and looking around for hosting. I contacted a fellow who had built a similar site previously. I was always impressed with how his site seemed to always be up. This fellow told me the site had been hosted at a couple other places that turned out to be disasters. He found SuccessfullHosting and has been there ever since. He told me his experience with them had been great and that I should look into them. I looked them over and did some comparisons. They seemed to have a good package at a good price. That along with my friend’s recommendation sold me. In the first few months of 2003 I got the site going and had it up and running on SH. Me experience with them has been great. There service has been excellent. I tracked the downtime for a year or so then gave up. There was no down time to track. Service tickets are answered promptly by skilled technicians and service staff. I highly recommend SH to anyone searching for a hosting provider. Look them over; I think you will be glad you did. "I just have to tell you that I am rolling on the floor with Glee. I mentioned in a "trouble" ticket yesterday that you guys have been great -- even if it was only on the first issue. I have to say, I had been struggling with my previous hosting company... they were a joke. It now seems they did everything in their power to block me from getting things to work! Within 36 hours of hosting with you guys, I've now got a secure server up and running the way I had intended 6 months ago. I'm ashamed it has taken me that long but I think each time they gave me a hard time, I got distracted with other stuff. Had they just gotten things done, I would have been up and running a *long* time ago. "After being a customer of Successful Hosting for over five years, I just can't believe it just keeps getting better, their Control Panel providing many features for even those who only need mid- to low-level hosting packages. Publishing Dreamweaver files to their server, I recently added their amazing Word Search Engine to the homepage. It allows surfers to search my entire site by any word typed into the search engine. By setting "Deny" codes, it allows the engine to be live on the Web while hiding personal loading information from viewers or just leave it alone to show all data for your own personal use to track uploading. Contacting their customer service via online tickets has become easier, too, responses coming back in hours, not days. And their service reps are to the point and polite, understanding that all of us are not geeks only people who want easy, friendly online server service. Better, Faster, Cheap. Now I'll add amazing!"
"I have just left a hosting service that has been unhelpful, unknowledgeable and unwilling to assist with any problem, usually making me feel like an idiot and having me chase my tail to fix the problem, which ultimately fell back on to their plate. I can't believe I stayed with them so long -- but I've learned my lesson. I am *very* impressed with your tech assistance thus far.
